• Venue: Boys Hostel Parking Ground
• Registration Fee: ₹19 per participant
• Dokens: 10 Dokens for the first 500 registered participants only

Registration and Dokens

1. All participants must complete the registration process to attend the event.
2. Dokens Distribution Criteria: Only the first 500 registered participants will be eligible to receive 10 Dokens. Eligible participants will receive 5 Dokens upon successful registration and the remaining 5 Dokens upon arrival at the event.
3. Participants must provide accurate registration details and follow the instructions.

Rules and Regulations

1. Dress Code: Traditional or festive attire is encouraged to celebrate the spirit of Garba Night. Casual wear is permitted, provided it is appropriate for the occasion.

1. Mandatory ID Card: All participants must carry their valid college ID card for entry and verification.

1. Wristband Collection: Every participant must collect a wristband from the designated entry checkpoint after verification.

1. Mandatory Wristband Policy: The wristband must be worn on the wrist throughout the entire programme. Removing, transferring, or tampering with the wristband is not permitted.

1. Entry Verification: Participants must complete the required ID verification and collect their wristbands at the designated checkpoint before entering the event area.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable evening for everyone, all participants are expected to follow these guidelines.

• Substance-Free Event: Possession or consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

• Respectful Behaviour: Participants must maintain a friendly, inclusive, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, vulgarity, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• No Physical Altercations: Fighting, assault, threats, or any form of physical misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event and further action as appropriate.

• Follow Security Instructions: All participants must cooperate with security personnel and the organising team, including required security checks and entry procedures.

• Safety and Discipline: Participants must follow all safety instructions and avoid behaviour that may endanger themselves or others.

• Zero Tolerance: The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to or remove any participant whose conduct compromises the safety, dignity, or enjoyment of others.

• Keep the Venue Clean: Participants must dispose of waste responsibly in designated bins and help maintain a clean event space.

• Food and Beverages: Participants must follow the instructions issued by the organisers regarding food and beverages inside the event area.

• Organisers' Authority: All participants must comply with event rules and instructions issued by the organising team. Decisions regarding entry, safety, and event management will be final.
